a) When visiting the website

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically records data from the computer system of the accessing device. The following data is collected:

b) When using our forms

The forms on our website allow you to request a vehicle valuation or to contact us. Vehicle details and a valid email address or telephone number are required so that we can respond to your enquiry. Further details are optional.

We process this data solely to handle your enquiry and to prepare a possible purchase agreement. If a purchase agreement is concluded, we retain the contract data within the scope of statutory retention obligations (generally ten years under the Swiss Code of Obligations). If no agreement is concluded, we delete the data as soon as it is no longer required.

3. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

Hosting and content delivery network

Our website is operated with Hostpoit.ch. To accelerate delivery of images and files we additionally use the content delivery network KeyCDN (proinity LLC, Switzerland). Server log data including your IP address is processed in order to make delivery technically possible.

Contact and valuation forms

For our forms we use Forminator (Incsub, LLC). The details you enter — vehicle data, name, email address, telephone number — are stored in our website’s database and sent to us by email so that we can handle your enquiry.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console (Google Ireland Limited) to monitor our website’s visibility in search results. Aggregated, non-personal data on search queries and page views is analysed there.

Links to WhatsApp

Our website contains links to WhatsApp (wa.me). When you click such a link you leave our website; WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) then receives data about you. We have no influence over this processing; Meta’s privacy provisions apply.

Links to Google Maps

Our address links to Google Maps. On clicking, you leave our website and Google (Google Ireland Limited) receives data about you. Google’s privacy provisions apply.

Social networks

We do not embed social media plugins directly. Links to our profiles only lead to the relevant provider once clicked.

Personal data may be disclosed abroad where service providers are based outside Switzerland. In such cases we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

7. Data security

Within your visit to the website we use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure, combined with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or padlock symbol in your browser’s status bar.
